Dr. Moshe Shamroth is amazing. He's in the Arzei branch once a week, IIRC.

HUCA every day or two. Seriously, it's like award availability... keep trying and eventually you'll get one. You can also ask for other locations (perhaps even in other cities, might be worth it).

Terem might actually do the right thing for a change and take xrays when needed if you go there.

Firstly, a rotator cuff can vary in severity according to the thickness of the tear. There are surgical and non surgical methods of healing. Usually, OT can help with post surgery and with non surgical treatment. The OT will tell you to avoid above shoulder level activities and avoid sleeping with the arm above shoulder level or rotated internally at the side. The exercises would be pain free beginning passively (an outside force moving the injured joint) and progressing to active movement when pain decreases. The OT would guide you in additional strengthening exercises for the rotator cuff and shoulder muscles. It's important to go to an OT in order to help yourself heal properly with the right professional guidance.

Can you climb the wall with your fingers (keep your body on the ground!) I believe my uncle who is a retired Orthopedist said that if you can do that it is not a torn rotators cuff

+1 Someone with a rotator cuff would have difficulty climbing the walls with his fingers past his shoulder level as well as with rotary movements, such as reaching into ones back pocket or tucking in a shirt.

Yes. I can not lift my arm higher than mid chest if say. But all that you mentioned is obvious in my situation. So ill just lay low for the mext two weeks and see maybe its just a bad bone bruise.

Correct, try not to aggravate it any further. If it is not getting better within a week (still having pain while doing functional activities) you should see a OT.
