The hotel serves all meals for a fee that are not included. If you have status with IHG you can enter the special room and they have food. Not much like soup some finger food drinks and fruit.

Probably talking about the business lounge where they have some fruit, drinks and canapes.
I would speak to the mashgiach to figure out what you are comfortable eating there. Even fruit and vegetables can have big issues in Israel.

I often find more things I can eat in a hotel in China or Poland than in an Israeli hotel  :)

That might be the only hotel. If you want to go to the beach they have separate swimming all day.

The public segregated beach does not have spa facilities, at least I have never noticed it.
