get there early and ask for the special floor..i think its the 16th or 17th
Who is right here? Whats the best option, to check in early or late?

if they are full...wouldnt getting there early be better? IME it seems that getting there early when going to busy hotels is better...but id be interested to hear your experiences

Listen, it's not an ideal place to stay at quality wise, but for the cost using miles, it can't be beat.

A lot also depends on your expectations going in, and the type of quality you expect. If you're accustomed to 'only the best', then you'll find what to hate at the LM. If you're not too picky about its failings, then it's great.

It might need certification to being actually butter but according to the shulchan aruch butter does not have to be cholov yisroel.
