Forbes.com reports that the founder of this website is a a former CEO of Intuit and PayPal.

They also mention that "you need at least $100,000 in investments to open an account", But it did let me sign up.

in what way? Yes, they will pay you the $10. As far as the product goes, I believe they use a Yodlee backend just like Mint.com does, so it is essentially the same thing with a different user interface
