ur to united transfer

I did a ur transfer into united and it hasnt posted so far its been a day and a half. Chase said they can "escalate" it but so far nothing does anyone have any experience with this I would love to cancel order and just do it again

Are the points out of your UR account?

Did you try calling UA to see if the points are there?

Points were out of account while it states the status was "open" and then family 2 days later it completed but by tat time my hold expired and i lost the ticket

Chase is unlikely to credit you. The T & C clearly state:

"Most point transfers will appear in your partner program account within 1 business day; however it
could take up to 7 business days for them to post"

It rarely happens and is quite frustrating when it does. It cant hurt to complain though...

when i transfer it takes a few minutes. i have done it a few times already

Happened to be 3 times in the last 3 weeks.

Once it happened on my card, I was able to get the Executive to handle this. the other 2 on different people's accounts, and I'm still waiting for the miles to post.
