My Chase.com username and password have been "deactivated". On the phone with Chase now... They say that someone tried to QuickPay me, and until they can verify something with the sender, they've locked my profile.

I've got CC bills to pay, transactions to check on, and bank account balances to monitor. And they're shutting me out of everything over someone else's QuickPay! Is this normal? Or even remotely acceptable?!
