you can get a small (1100 sqft. house, 3700 sqft. lot) 3 bed 2 bath in PP for around 200k. sounds pretty reasonable
(and if you're willing to move a block away (Ridgeway) from the existing frum blocks, you can get a bigger house and lot for that price)

now, I'm in the process of helping someone look for a house there.
You can check zillow, but a lot of the listings are outdated (already in contract, though the prices are some what accurate)
 There is a larger house (1500 sqft not incluing the kitchen for some reason) on 6000 block of Monticello asking 375k will probably go for 350k on a mostly frum block.
