Lol, well summer here is pretty awesome, upper 70s and not humid like NYC. April through September are lovely.

Depends how you define winter.  The worst of it is Jan and Feb and it snows a ton then.  Though temps aren't as cold as further midwest like ORD.
I don't think winter season is any longer than NYC.

There's about 2 dozen young chabad couples in CLE.  Not nearly as big as PIT, but housing is cheaper, yards are bigger/more suburban, and you don't have the crazy hills and steps that PIT has.

But if chabad elementary is a must, PIT is a good option.  We all went there for high school (2 hour drive from CLE).

I'm not really up to date, I haven't been there in a while. I would guess somewhere between 10 and 20. (I did say it's small )

The cheder has more families than that because they also get kids from Scranton.

Older families aren't going to be as useful.

Other question is what amenities do you want in a city? Do you care about restaurants, bakeries, etc
