NY is AWFUL! I complain all the time. Did they not know that it was gonna snow? Do they think they are located near Hawaii? Its gonna snow! Now get those workers to plow!

Only in Beachwood, in other areas they don't even plow the streets often, but it's an experience and some like it better that way.

In NY they are getting paid double to work overtime when it snows. So they don't plow to great during the morning so they can be sent back out in the afternoon. Their hours start @ six so they can put in a nice few hours of over time before going home. Some of these These guys end up walking home at the end of the year with over $150,000

And they're plowed for you for the entire winter for $200 so that you don't get stuck or need to plow out a parking space...

That's the second biggest pro with Beachwood vs. CH/UH, (after property taxes) the long driveways with unattached garages setup makes no sense at all...
