Is Chabad of Central Boca Raton a regular Chabad community, or more Chabad house type of community?
What about Deerfield?
I don't have experience with either of those two, but I do have experience with West Boca (don't know if its helpful). Rabbi Bukiet is a real mentsch, and his shul is a mix of Chabad families (both young and retirees) non-chabad frum families, and some BT/people exploring Judaism. He used to draw a larger 'snag crowd from people who lived on the far west side of Century Village in Boca, but his new shul (which was directly across the street from Century Village) is now about a mile away from it, so he doesn't get as many people from there, but many others have moved into that area. (Most of the core of his shul membership lived between the two locations, so for them it's equi-distant, just in the opposite direction).
The west boca community as a whole is growing by leaps and bounds - primarily from younger families that have been priced out of the circle, and/or transplants from the northeast. BRS West started out as a smallish minyan in the Hillel school's shul, maybe 10 years ago only had about 40 families, now they have 2.5 times that easily, and have moved to the shul in the brand-new high school.
Is that helpful?
