I skimmed through it now to find anything relevant to the CURRENT discussion, and am trying to understand: are we trying to say 24 minutes after Shkia Amitis? Wouldn't that just add 1.5 degrees to whatever we figured out previously, making all of the options on Chabad.org inaccurate?
