I cycle daily in the city. I was about to write up all the issues right now with bikes mopeds e-bikes etc in the city and decided not to because there's no point.

The biggest issue is lack of education for both drivers and cyclists.

Citibike ebikes allowed anybody to go on the road and a lot of these riders are reckless. I'm not even going to talk about the mopeds and delivery ebikes.

I see daily close calls.

Drivers should definitely be cautious before opening their car doors...

Ubers and taxis should have a sticker on the passenger doors saying to look before opening.

Here in Toronto, Many Ubers have this sticker on the inside of the back doors. Some sort of nonprofit partnered with Uber to send them out to drivers.

New album from Benny Wielgus, called "The Haunted Shul". Didn't listen to the whole thing yet, but he starts off talking about Cleveland and Unger's donuts!

I do enjoy such CDs, but I honestly like to listen to certain CDs before I let my kids hear them. I often find things on mainstream albums that I don't want my kids hearing.

One recent example, a storyteller was talking about wifi - and my kids no nothing about it (and I want to keep it that way for as long as possible). I just removed that part before I put the album on their MP3 player.

I'll share a similar story which happened with me.

Needed to go somewhere a few blocks away from me.
Decided I'll drive, and after 10 minutes of circling, I finally found a spot, IN MY OWN DRIVEWAY!

Then I walked...

I got around everywhere in Brooklyn (and lower Manhattan) that I wanted to go on a bicycle.
When visiting with my family, Metrocard. You try to do anything else in Brooklyn, you are asking for loads of wasted time, money or both.
(Dare I say, similar story in Yerushalayim? Of course, there, all the chutznikim seem to use electric bikes. And they use car-shares for leaving the city.)

Not sure when the last time you've been in NYC, but mass transit has changed a lot in the last few months for noticably Jewish people...
