Pros for me: I love guests, makes the Shabbos table that much more beuatiful.

It's the price it is because of the address, not the specs. A house a third of the size would only be worth a million.

So why haven't you considered selling? If I were you I'd put my house on the market for an outrageous price, and if someone agrees to it then great, if not that's great too

There's an old saying, that everything is for sale, for the right price. So technically, everything is always on the market.

For me the right price would mean a price which would allow me to buy an alternative at another location which I would find acceptable (and desirable, even if not as great as the location of my current house), and have a substantial financial gain.
