http://www.buzzfeed.com/zoetsiris/18-reasons-why-pittsburgh-is-the-greatest-city-on-d56b

1. We have weird food.
2. We are almost as good as a fake school.
3. Again almost as good as a fake school.
4. Bridges because it is a damn pain to swim the polluted rivers, or climb the many hills. (real pain for walking around btw)
5. City gets shut down often so a Hollywood hotshot can use a cheap city as a set.
6. Did I mention we all talk like uneducated hicks?
7. We have the sourest and cockiest fans.
8. Ditto, but if you talk football on a Monday after a loss if it's not about the unfair refs, you better shut the hell up fast.
9. Ditto, and it's not Sid's fault he was brutally injured with a concussion, he'll do better next season. (There are concussions in hockey?)
10. Ditto, Oh ya longest losing season streak in the history of baseball, but we are dumb enough to keep supporting the owners.
11. We have Squirrels and are proud that not all wild life died from the pollution of the 60's.
12. We have neighborhoods and think that's unique, because other cities don't. HUH?
13. Well really they are OK and some you wouldn't walk around at night, but hey there is a book on them.
14. Houses are cheap and older than your great-grandparents, be ready to gut it and redo unless you like the deterioration and smell of old home.
15. ONE person ONE time when in our city, trying to please us and get us to watch his T.V. special said we are pretty great.
16. We hire people to Photoshop our city, because a regular picture would look like tragedy and despair.

I don't know how you guys put up with the summer heat.
I was in FLL 2 weeks ago and could barely move outside it was so hot.  Tried putting on sunglasses but the humidity is so high that they just fogged up instantly.  And nighttime gives no reprieve.

Though I'm sure FL people think the same of people living in the winter up north.  Though I'd answer at least I can get an awesome down coat for walking around outside and be toasty but as frum jews we can't just walk around half naked in the summer...whereas the summers in CLE are just so nice.

I can definitely see myself being a snowbird one day though.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Lake Erie helps.
Plus there's no sharks. Also, helpful. :)

True true.
But don't they make up for that elsewhere?

BTW Cedar Point is on a great beach in Sandusky with awesome offshore islands to go to.  And there's a massive Sandusky indoor waterpark resort on groupon now. Largest in the country.
