If you click through to where he posts the numbers, you'll see that he used an average house price of $78k for Cleveland and $260k for Houston. Do you think those numbers represent the actual average cost of a house in the frum neighborhoods of each city?

Still inaccurate, there is no way Dallas is more expensive than Far Rockaway. My guess is that his inaccuracies are bc He is getting his average prices from trulia which includes ALL the homes in that neighborhood. So there may be many cheap homes in far rockaway but those houses are nowhere near the Jewish community.

True, they should really be using frum zip codes.  Definitely a flaw.
But even Zip codes will be far from perfect. Really need a 1 mile radius from every shul...

Not sure I'd call it major.
Most cities are where they belong more or less (as houses in all cities near shuls are pushed higher) but there are a few places where things are just more skewed than others.

Income is also problematic, I guarantee you the average frum household in CLE isn't scraping by on $25K :D
But it balances out due to the low house prices they use...

People are seeing the light...

The list has gotten some things right (yes, Cleveland is cheaper than Manhattan, as is Buffalo, etc.. :)  but once you get into detail nothing is really in proper order...
