I don't know about rent, but if you have can't live without heat (e.g. children, elderly, etc), they will pay for your hotel stay.

You have to first call them and get approval.

im sorry if someone takes money from fema that they dont really need while there are people without homes who really need the money. They deserve to be in jail

They really are paying for that?! My brother i think said theg are not paying for hia rental i thought that meant hotel stay too.  Hes not able to live jn his house for another couple if months. And he is not trying to scam them,
