You have real hard working people who make an honest living who lost everything. Since they aren't in food stamps, thru have a hard time getting help. But the people already on food stamps who suck whatever they can from the country get a bonus. We should just close up shop

That right there is the big problem in this country.  why doesnt  meshuganer want to work? it seems ( correct me if I am wrong) that he is happy to live off the government. food stamps and other need based programs are there to support those who cant, not those who dont want to!

The problem is that once they get--perhaps they already have--51% of the country on these programs, they have a manufactured majority that would be impossible to defeat.

Even without 51%, there are many super-rich people who are real lefties, so 47 + 4 is all they need. (It beats me why so many super-rich are true lefties...)

At some point money stops mattering and improving the lives of those with nothing matters more.  See Buffett, Gates, et al.

My philosophy is teach a man to fish, don't just hand him fish or else he'll turn into a meshugener.  Man by nature wants to work for a living, not to be turned into a zoo animal.  Though once you're in the zoo it's very hard to extricate yourself.
