Im assuming it's on AF metal.

No clue about changes or cancellation, I would ask them about this.

Regarding the 10% it's like UA, Each rep will give you a different amount.

I would check to see how much the online price is and if it's 10% or less go with that or you can play HUCA.

Already spoke to a few. I'm either very unlucky or they're all incompetent.

Plus, I wanted to book 2 one way instead of round trip. But I guess that will double the INF charge.

Booking 2 OW will be much more expensive than booking a RT.

Why do you need to cancel? Just ask them to put her ressy in her account.

And yes, IME it always goes back instantly.

I see a ressy, will it get ticketed by itself, or I have to call in?

1. United has an awesome feature called Expert Mode where you can see their 'Inventory', Is there anywhere where I can see Delta's inventory (mainly for award space)
2. Delta's award seat fare codes as of now are Economy- saver N, standard ND, peak NK, Business- saver O, standard OD, peak OK. Do we know what the new two levels will be?
