can klm always book whatever seats showing up on delta.com, alaska, or are they more limited?
If it's a sky team partner then yes, besides not all DL flights on DL.com can be booked by partners.
Even low-level?
What's your question?Only low level can be booked by partners.

I found a low level business flight that I need in August from TLV-FCO-JFK on al italia. Whats the best way to book that? lowest miles and lowest YQ. Thanks!
Probably 40k Alitalia miles.
AZ does not do one ways at 1/2 cost.
They are not doing OW for partners. But I always understood from them that on AZ metal you can do OW. Never asked how many miles it would require....
online they do not allow OW. I found it on FB for 62500 and YQ around 350....can I do better anywhere else? Its business class.
If AZ does indeed not allow OW, I believe KLM is the way to go. Korean would be 60k - they transfer instantly from Chase UR, I have no idea how much YQ. Maybe PUTPAC and let us know...
is klm the same mileage program as air France?
KE doesn't do OW on partners.
One-way awards are permitted for half the mileage of a roundtrip award
