FB can only book when DL shows the lowest Saver availability.

Certain fare classes, possible co-pays, mileage requirements etc. Too many variables to list depending on the specific ticket you buy. Check Delta's site for more info.

Anyone have experience booking China Southern CZ with Delta skymiles?
they tell me over the phone that they have blackout dates for more than 75% of the year, currently blackout through 28/10 and then from 1/12 to 10/1.
