DL's "lowest fare" doesn't mean bookable by partners. Lately I haven't seen them open up any awards on that route bookable by partners.

Search one-way, nonstop flights. If JFK-TLV is available at 40k then you can book it with Flying Blue for 25k (xfers from MR & TYP).

ETA- I just searched JFK-TLV on DL and NOT ONE seat is 40k through the end of the calendar. Last year there was tons available at that level. "Lowest" is 85k.

And interstingly, starting in October "Lowest" is 100k in coach.

Does any program transfer into MU's? I believe you can book OW F redemptions directly on their website.

On a side note - while I am not 100% certain - I don't think FB allows it using "Flex" miles but it might be worth looking to make sure.
