@Jo 08701 what happened in the end?

Due to covid restrictions I wasnt able to fly to that destination, so I can't report back if I would have gotten the miles.

In a side note, I realized that although it used to make sense to rather use the pay with miles option by delta vs booking awards, (when price is in the same range as 1 mile = 1cent) however, it's much more convenient to cancel an award than a pay with miles, by pay with miles you get a voucher, by awards it gets deposit back right away.

I want to book tickets MIA - BUE.
Aerolineas Argentinas  and Delta  fly there.

I tried the various SkyTeam partners, but it doesn't show:  KLM, Virgin,
Is there something I need to know?

AA also flies there -direct- and has a miles 'sale' price that's better, but I don't have AA miles.

The AA flight will sometimes be available with British Airways miles.

Trying to book a seat for baby on points in Flying Blue for a delta ticket, they only show seats for adults or kids 2-11, is there an issue if i try to book the 2-11 with an earlier birthday? Alternative is to call delta and pay the full major cash payout, but will delta say the ticket is invalid if the birthday is 2 years ahead?

Not sure if this is the right thread, but Flying blue has vanished from Amex airline partners on the last day of the bonus, did anyone notice?

Did Airfrance stop allowing you to see availability by month by leaving the date blank? Not working for me anymore

Not sure if this is the right thread but I am having issues booking on air france, I get the following auto-cancelation email 5 min after booking:

This is an automatic email. Do not reply

The information you have provided for your booking reference ****** does not allow us to maintain the issue of this booking. The travel documents have been cancelled.

In case any amount has been debited from the credit card, it will be fully reversed.

Air France payment control

I have gotten this email after 1) trying legit award booking from my own account and with my own credit card (fairly new account). 2) Cash ticket from my wife's account (used the same credit card as first booking). 3) Cash ticket from a friend's account (old account, different credit card).

All of them were for the account holder flying on the ticket, the only common thread is my computers IP address. when I call Air France they say I can only book these tickets with an agent at the airport. I have seen online some people claiming it has to do with never flying on AF or crediting any miles to FB, but why would they do that when I buy revenue tickets??

Would love to get some thoughts or anyone's experience on this
