Best option for a OW in Europe VRN-VLC, on KLM it's 12.5k with $114, can I do anything better?

Can I book DL operated flights to LHR with VS for their low mileage rate, or do they have a different partner award chart?

Different chart for partners, IIRC 60k RT with Delta.

Things I learned today:

You can book a DL award flight departing within 3 hours by calling AF.  You can also get them to waive the $20 telephone fee as it's not online.

I saw Saver award delta flight from JFK-to SAN but when I looked at flying blue website it was not there; will Flying blue book all delta saver award flights over the phone?

So If you call Flying blue do they generally agree to book flights that show up on Delta Saver awards because with BA avios bookimg flights found on AA.com  it is YMMV

anybody with personal expierence?

I have had similar situations where they were not able to book and claimed even if it's on delta.com they don't always have access. Tried multiple times and didn't work. But I guess ymmv

Only flight avail is on Delta.
I have Avios and United.

What do I do to get award on that leg?
