Did delta stop showing AF award space???

A few questions regarding Flying Blue:
1) When booking a r/t NYC-TLV flight, is it possible to get a free domestic trailing flight, or will that incur extra mileage?
2) In Dan's Ultimate Israel Mileage Award Chart posting, he states that it's the "best program for Delta". Does this mean that I can book a flight to Israel on Delta for 50k Flying Blue miles?
3) If I book a flight which then goes on sale ("promo"), would I get a refund for the balance?

When booking partner flights on DL, any way to find the partner PNR without calling in?

Pull up the ticket number on dl.com, and see if you can enter that on cz.com manage my booking, you should get the CZ PNR then

CZ site needs mobile number from booking and SMS verification code. Not gonna work.

For future reference, CZ call center was much better then DL.

DL rep x2 said they looked everywhere and can't find the CZ PNR (after waiting on hold for 15-20 minutes each time).
CZ was less then 5 minutes total including hold time.

Trying to book nyc-tlv on Aeroflot using FB. Availability shows on EF and delta, but when I search on fb website they don't give me the option. Any ideas ?

Reps. claim the space is not available to FP eventhough it's available to all other skyteam partner.

JFK-SVO-TLV is available in J but SVO-TLV is only available in Y, and reps. are saying I have to book the flights separately and can't book as one ticket.

I'm trying to book RT from NYC to SJD using KE. Anyone know how I can do this because koreanair.com doesn't recognize SJD as an airport?

No, just Delta doesn't release much saver space. Find saver space on DL.com and then plug in that flight to flying blue

No. SQ is star alliance, and Delta is sky team.

If anything, transfer to and use AF, but I wouldn't do that.
