Search on VS or call them.
Also you can search daily on AF or KLM.

Af metal from lax to ppt in business as per matrix the yq is 500$+ for ow . When searching on af it pulls up 214$ yq for that route. What's up with that ?(obviously not complaining just concerned it might actually be more)

YQ is $14, YR is $500.

Don't know what calculations they use, but the amounts they show are the amounts you pay.

What's the difference between yg and yr ? According to what i found from a quick Google search it's just another name or type of fuel surcharges

If available through Delta, should be much less taxes / fees then what AF charges (likely just $5.60). Might be more miles though.

Don’t think any other partners would be more then AF

Yes dl is 100k plus 5.60 (kinda equals out in value )
I did call KE to price it and got quoted 90k plus $524 for the one way (mileage is same for ow and rt just taxes are halved) which matches exactly matrix but maybe I'd get a different rate if i HUCA . Also when i search the cash fare for this flight on AF it does show the 500 YR in the price breakdown so maybe its just some kind of special discount AF offers on award tickets booked with flying blue but not partners. Thoughts?

if i book a delta flight now with air france points, am i still able to take advantage of Delta's flight change waivers through end of august? not clear that applies to award flights through partners (and honestly not sure how banking amount of cost would work for more/less expensive flights). anyone have a better sense/reference that there will be some sort of change protection?

Its the 2nd time I went into Delta to modify the flight for free and was able to get the same flight for 3k less per person. so far i saved myself 18K!

When you search in the DL App for award flights, it shows that you will earn miles & MQM on many AF/KLM award flights, however, is that real?? Anyone with any experience on it, I don't wonna call a representative ask about it.
I need to decide if I should book a DL flight or AF.
