Why do they offer more money if you mail the actual card as opposed to entering the info virtually?

I asked the manger in my local staples if I didn't have the gift cards in time for a specific sale could i buy it on my cc and come in when i get my gift cards and switch it over?  He told me he could return it and resell it to me on the gift cards at the same price as long as it is within 14 days.  Its worth a try.

I'm a little confused but yes I used the Kiosk because of the coupon and because you cant pay with a GC online!
and I'd rather have it delivered.
The single reams is a better deal.
I'm gonna have to go back a few times
