They are AMEX MR points in a starwood account. When you click on them it says your rewards are not membership rewards. Should I call them and honestly tell them what happened and ask them to srespect it anyways?

Come on eveybody, some help for a newbie here!

 they arent going to let you have them if You didnt earn them, if you alert them to what happened youd get a couple of Brownie pts at best nothing more

 I take it this involves the Personal CC since I only have the Biz and dont see anything like what U are talking about

besides where is it that you see it?

It seems AMEX is having system issues today.
They're not really there, just a "typo"

Just spoke with a AmEx rep he said that something went screwy with their MR program today. i got the same thing.
