Two day stopover vaca

Im traveling from TLV to NY beginning of February and looking to stop over for two days/one night somewhere (out of U.S.) but don't know where.  I'm going to be traveling with a two year old so it has to be easy to get around and do things with a kid.
Any one have any suggestions on a place that's doable with a kid in two days?  Decent weather at that time is a plus.

Italy is not an option being that I have been there a few times already.

Doubt you'll find good weather anywhere. Options are Paris, Amsterdam, London, Prague, Vienna, Madrid, Zurich.
I'd probably go with Paris
