My IPhone 5s is having major issues. The battery is getting very hot and it drains very quickly if not plugged in. Anyone have similar issues or know how to fix this? TIA

I have updated my iphone 5 to the latest version of ios, and now whenever i try putting my password for my wifi, i either get a error message, or that it is the incorrect password, even though it is the right one. I tried reseting the network settings, but that still did not help. Anything else i can do, to try to fix this issue ?

Try switching the code on the wifi.

What exactly am I switching ? Sorry if I'm coming across as dumb, but

The wifi code you enter to connect can be switched, figure out your model number and google it should be fairly simple.

A search brings up a nice amount of people with this problem. You can try both fixes following (suggested here and helped someone there):

Go to Settings, tap Touch ID & Passcode, Enter your Passcode. Then turn off iTunes & App Store and then delete all the saved fingerprints. Reboot your iPhone. Go back to Touch ID & Passcode in Settings Tap on Add a Fingerprint and add a fingerprint. Test if it works and if it does turn iTunes & App Store back on.
Restart your iPhone by pressing and holding Sleep/Wake and Home button.
