United Name Change

im trying to merge my brothers account to my account and they dont let it unless i pay for a transfer fee and i dont want to do that is there a way to get united ti change the name of my brothers account to my name and then they can merge it for free or is there any other way around it ?

Pretty much the only thing that matters is the name. And maybe DOB.
