I have a direct flight TLV-EWR 11/28. I would like to add on a leg to YYZ on 12/02. Is that possible?

Technically, you do not get a stopover on a one way.

If you can get it done, though, it'll cost you (if you're not elite).

My ticket was made out of a united club account who is silver

Club doesn't help you here.

His silver account helps you if his status helps all tickets booked out his account (which I believe is the case still on UA), so $50.00 it seems.

United just told me it needs to be a UA flight can't be AC. Can you confirm

I'm not aware of any reason why that'd have to be, unless there simply isnt availability on AC.

adding on a new leg with longer than a 24 stop would result in a "New Fare" ( in this case 25k), what you should do, is add the leg to YYZ for 11/29. after you land in EWR change the EWR-YYZ leg to 12/02.

additionally to change the FINAL destination can cost up to 75$, BUT good talking would get that waived

They actually put me on a UA flight that was showing up unavailable online. Guy said he's a senior engineer at UA and its allowed because ticket is in I class. So didn't ask any questions. And yes he said it 75$.

Did you say it "should have" been $50 because account is silver?
