Have to laugh...
Im on the phone to Amazon cs now, an American, its all taking her forever (20 min for a minor order issue) its dead quiet in back of her, I asked her why is it so quiet in the backround, you working from home? She answered "Yes I am, thats the best"
I believe that equals very little knowledge too...
