From where do you know that? And also if you already changed to direct?
I also called about the glitch ticket and hey were willing to cancel... I'm sure they are actually glad to cancel.
When I asked about changing the dates he said that with "these" tickets they wouldn't allow it.
I did upgrade the return flight to direct. He didn't mention no refund for the $75 but I didn't ask specifically since I was just calling to find out the policy about getting a refund.
Since the $75 fee was charged as an "upgrade" to direct I don't see why they shouldn't have to refund that fee as well.
