DOES ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THEM...?

I FILED A COMPLAINT ON OCTOBER 28 2012 - DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM THEM YET...

Did you file a complaint in capslock or not? It could make a big difference.

I filed a complaint 4-5 years ago.  They were typical Swiss; extremely formal and proper and with technical [documentation] requirements that were impossible to meet before they would respond to my complaint
