True, never went completely empty. Was on a flight with around 5 people though.

After 9/11 a friend and i have been on a flight with 7 people including the crew (the crew consisting of pilot, co-pilot, stewerdess and air marshal),

CMIIW, but I believe if your address is in Canada taxes are higher. Also might be that he doesn't have enough avios, so he has to buy up
