Sprint has really put a lot of work into improving their website, which is now very nice to work with. has anyone noticed better customer service on the phone (like english speaking people, etc..) and in chat?

Personally, I find that they locked down a lot of info in the site - Can't see all the additional add ons on my plan like I used to.  Additionally, I am unable to look at my call logs, because my minutes are that of a free and clear, charge 40 cents a minute and credit...

I have found that when calling the business customer service dept, they pick up right away, are very knowledgeable, and speak english
