First Class from TLV using miles

When redeeming miles on United from TLV to NYC the first class rate is 150,000, and it's a stopover.
The only thing is when flying the connection from TLV to EUR (anywhere in Europe) there is no first class, so 1. why are they charging the full first calss fare when its only first class from EUR and 2. is there a way to get around this?

Swiss flies the Airbus A330 from Zurich to TLV and they have a First Class option.

I flew this route yesterday and last week (RT).  It is a very respectable business class product, from the best ones that I have flown
