last week i did the bus one. they had an offer expiring 4/30, so i called the day beofre to chap arein - it wasnt working online. the lady told me that it wasnt working online b/c its not available in nyc, but they're opening it to the whole state after that offer expires (4/30), and she'd call be back then. I spoke to her last week, she did the app, and said the promo info is not populating... she spoke to her manager, it turns out the promo was not extended to the whole ny. she got permission from the manager to set my home branch to somewhere upstate and apply the promo. voila!
