Hi just reviving an old thread, couldn’t find anything else
A family member of mine was booked on a one way ticket with 5 children from Europe to us.
They arrived early to the airport, checked in, and then waited a long time to pass security (one child was taken aside as well for a few min) after they were finally through security it was very late already and they were basically told that they missed the flight,
They never called out there names, and after the flight left there wasn’t anyone to speak to, I called in and waited over an hour for the rep to tell me that it was a no show and tuff luck. She declined to rebook or refund declined to get a supervisor, and then just cut the line on me
I would like to dispute, do I have any merit?
