Rent a Smart Car?

I'm looking to rent a smart car for 8 days of Chanukah, does anyone know of a place in the tri state area or within a hour drive that I can rent one?
Any company even local (besides zipcar).

Avis has Smart cars, but I'm not sure how you can ensure you'll get one.

Why would u rent a smart car in the winter? Snow, u won't be able to move!
