Apple CS isn't so good with credits, but at least they're easy to talk to and don't make you feel like either you or the CSR is really stupid

I was referring to At&t. I was referring primarily to the attitude and service levels, but they also made some real-life improvements, like allowing all changes to the acct to apply 3 months retroactively.

Call At&t and call VZ. I have accounts at both. At&t is a pleasure to deal with. VZ is bearable, T Mobile is like calling an airline.
