Something is eating away at the media on my phone!

Up until today I thought Dropbox was erasing all the media files from my phone after uploading.
I just checked my media gallery after having turned off Dropbox uploads for a few days and again all the media that was recorded during this time was gone..
All I have is one photo that I took a few hours ago (before 12:00 am).
Anyone have any insight to this?

Additional notes: Evo 4G LTE, Lookout installed as antivirus, phone works perfectly in every other aspect.

Any help will be appreciated.
