Charles became one of the worst companies in terms of durability they used to sell on sale a shirt for 40$ plus shipping and they used to last for years and look like new, they reduced the price and the shirts quality but the shirts are disposable

I bought some shirts for 29.95. Fit is good, but I don't like the pattern/texture (Houndstooth - it was the only one available).
Would they let me exchange for a plain texture without paying more?

Are you going into a store?
If shirt you want is same price shouldn't be a problem. They may ask you for receipt, but if you don't have they can probably look it up or you can say you got it as a gift.
