@myi is the master of CT deals
you can always get shirts for $33, but if your looking for cheaper, then you got to wait for a sale, or take all the previous codes and plug them in one by one into a private browser and see what the codes get you.

And sometimes while doing that with the uk codes, you can find a decent deal.

Or just wait till one of the $29 or $24-25 codes are posted.

Lastly you can go for the tm-lewin as dan is promoting(seems like he liked them.) Don't know how many you can get at that price ($29.9).

Don't like TM Lewin?
I assume most have never tried that shirt before.
Never saw someone wearing that shirt nor heard of that shirt before you started to post them on the ms.

nor heard of that shirt

Charles Tyrwhitt was founded as a mail order company in 1986 by Nicholas Charles Tyrwhitt Wheeler while he was a student at Bristol University.[1] Wheeler has said that he started the business simply because he thought he "could make a shirt better than anybody else".[2]
In 1997, the company opened its first store on Jermyn Street, London, notable for its history in British shirt making.[3] Charles Tyrwhitt’s flagship store is now at Nos. 98–100 Jermyn Street.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
T. M. Lewin & Sons Limited (commonly known as T.M. Lewin) is a United Kingdom based gentleman's dress shirt retailer, and former UK manufacturer, founded in 1898.
The company was founded in 1898 when Thomas Mayes Lewin (T.M. Lewin) opened his first shop in Jermyn Street, St James's, London. T. M. Lewin produced shirts and accessories with a history of innovation, its founder being one of the first to make the 'coat-shirt', a shirt that the wearer put on like a coat, fastening the buttons down the front. This novelty was noted in the London Opinion and Today newspaper in 1905.[dubious – discuss]
An article by "The Major" in a November 1905 edition of London Opinion and Today stated that[citation needed]:
"...the shirt is shaped very much like a coat and is put on in a similar manner, fastening in the front with studs. One of its greatest advantages is that it fits closer than the ordinary shirt. Another point is that it has not, of course, to be put over the head. Thus there is no chance of a man who is accustomed to brush his hair before putting on his shirt ruffling his hair in the putting on process."

At your recommendation on this thread a couple weeks back, I ordered 2 shirts after having bought CT exclusively for years. Agree that they are softer, and I'll take your word for it on the durability (as CT shirts rip and shred ridiculously quickly), but the look of the shirt isn't quite the same. The collar in particular doesn't look as nice. I'll see how they last.
Can you describe the difference in collar?
How does classic fit CT compare to TM purely in sizing?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

I'm pretty selective about my clothes and don't want to hassle returning if I can clarify beforehand...

The fit is great, actually. And yes, of course subjective.

CT collars are fused, so are stiffer and more formal, the TM collars were softer and a bit "floppier." I prefer the CT fused look, and it's better with a tie, but it's a matter of style and taste. The CT spread was nicer, too (in my taste).

Regarding the fit, I initially wrote that the fit was great, which it was, but another couple shirts came a couple days later which did not fit the same way, so I guess one downside might be that the fit may depend on the style... Also, I got the slim fit, I can't speak about the classic fit.

I ended up keeping one, returning the rest. Was pretty painless, though, but a shorter window.

I took Dan's recommendation and got some TM Lewin shirts. I like them very much. My only complaint is the collar stays are terrible (a far cry from CT's brass collar stays) and the opening is too small to fit CT's brass stays.

I tried TM Lewin - I prefer CT for the collar stiffness and the collar spread.
