Call the store. I just called the 7th Avenue store in NY and wanted to pick up. They said I need to bring in the code to the store. Not over the phone. They did say they could order the shirts and have it delivered to me for free. It would take 10-14 days to receive the shirts. I said no problem.

Suits are nice all around-nothing to blow your mind but quality bang for your buck.
Nice weave and high quality features buttons, canvas, cuff guards.
Nice suits I would reorder again.

Anyone have any experience getting free shirt collar stays from them-I keep losing mine and that's half the fun of the shirt is the brass collar stays...

yep, call them up and tell them that you lost them and how much you really love their shirts.... worked for me multiple times in the past
