it does come with a return label but they deduct the shipping cost from the returned amount, i know this from experience, but theyre very nice about it when you call them, i got a full refund after a few seconds of talking with them. Exchanges are free.

Just called back to change something on the order and the guy said i most definately get free exchanges and returns, he also said that since the code peter is an offer code and not a sale i will have the 6 month guarrente. I asked him to notate the account that it should be free exchanges, but he didn't want to because it's standard policy. . .

This morning they still weren't allowing it and they mentioned that my account was notated as such. I made a new account and got someone to allow it with the free shipping

IME CT is very good at spotting same accounts.
I would do Diff name, CC and address, Phone number etc.
