Ok. Now it gets really confusing. I placed an order on the australian website in australian dollars, however a pending charge of american dollars showed up on my credit card. I spoke to a rep from Charles Thyrwhitt and he told me that you can pay in australian dollars on the australian site or over the phone. Go figure.

Are CTs expected delivery dates usually pretty accurate? It's about two weeks from when the order was placed. Does it usually take that long?

IME orders tend to get lost in the mail.
If it's been a while you should give them a call.
