Just checked. It's $20 off, but excludes items that are on clearance. The T&C claims that the code can only be used by the person who it was issued to. I am not using it.

No idea. I don't do the laundry...
The spray though is more of a stain treatment, spray it on the collar and sleeves and any stains. The powder I would think Is more like regular detergent.

When it comes to whites i use tide and pretreat the collars and cuffs or underarms in the summer with stain remover....
