I paid $30 for a $100 Charles Tyrwhitt voucher on Gilt City. I regret it now. You can only use it on their regular site, which sells 4 shirts for $199. After the $100 voucher, it's $99. Add 9.95 shipping, and total is 108.95 for four shirts. Add the $30 I paid for the voucher, and total cost is 138.95 for 4 shirts. That comes out to 34.74 per shirt vs. the 33.27 with the current MYLO promo. If you're using the 30 off 100 from the AMEX deal, you come out even more behind.
