Question; i have moved apartments in yerushalayim 18 days ago, and my previous landlord (a beyanar chossid) has yet to return my deposit to me, he keeps pushing me off. any suggestions on what to do??

I stayed in an apartment in Geula recently it was $80 a night, but it was very small.
